Lazeo La Beaujoire is an excellent aesthetic center that you can trust. Personally I come every 6 weeks for laser hair removal, I have always been very well received and very well informed. The staff is very pleasant, the girls are sweet and attentive. I highly recommend this center.

Very professional, a always smiling and attentive welcome. The lazeo sessions are well-established, always at the set time (which allows confidentiality to be respected). Short pre-session control questionnaire, Then session in a space that seems sanitized. I am patiently waiting for the final result for the fifth star but the effects of the sessions are immediate and obvious, we will see if they are lasting.

I've been a customer for almost a year and it works really well. I took a formula for the cheekbones, neckline and eyebrows because I couldn't bear shaving anymore, I had to do it at least once a week, it gave me spots and irritations. In 8 sessions there is much less hair, they grow much more slowly (1 month and a half) and they are very fine! (for my case they warned me that it would take around 12 sessions). The team is very professional and friendly, I recommend 👍🏼

Firstly, I want to emphasize that my review was an honest reflection of my personal experience during the visit. I understand there may have been some misunderstandings, but I believe that as a customer, I am entitled to share my perspective, regardless of any follow-up communication. For clarity, I wrote the review before our phone conversation. Regarding the tone used during my visit, I felt that the technician spoke to me in a ´firm ´manner on two occasions. While I understand the importance of punctuality and had already apologized for my lateness, I found the way I was addressed unnecessarily harsh. Speaking to a customer in such a manner is, in my opinion, unprofessional and can even be perceived as disrespectful. Additionally, I feel that your response to my review also lacked professionalism. Instead of addressing my concerns with a service-oriented approach, the response seemed defensive and accusatory. For a service-based business, maintaining a respectful and constructive tone in communication is crucial, and I believe this would have been more appropriate. My intention has never been to misrepresent the facts, but rather to express how I felt during the visit. Feedback, whether positive or negative, is important for both customers and businesses, and I would appreciate if we could please focus on constructive dialogue rather than labeling my review as "false." Thanks Mariem I had an appointment at LAZEO CACHAN yesterday at 11:40 , and unfortunately, I was running slightly late (11:55 ). I understand that being late can be inconvenient, so I apologized as soon as I arrived. However, the technician who works there was extremely rude and disrespectful to me. She repeatedly brought up the fact that I was twice late (during the session which made me uncomfortable ), speaking to me in a very aggressive and unprofessional manner. I fully acknowledge that I was at fault for being late, but that does not give anyone the right to treat customers in such a disrespectful way. A little understanding and kindness would go a long way in providing better customer service. Excellent experience at the Lazeo Cachan center, clean and well maintained. Rajaa and Leslie are particularly kind, punctual (that's a change from other Lazeos!) and professional. Leslie provides excellent advice based on the needs expressed, it helps when embarking on unknown treatments. She is also attentive and careful. I have sensitive skin, after the first PRX session I was peeling a lot, she adapted the protocol so that the treatment was gentler while remaining very effective. I got lots of compliments on my good looks!

Laser hair removal for high-cut bikini line that literally didn’t work on me. Everything has grown back, I don't see any difference after taking a package of 8 sessions. I feel like I've thrown my money out the window, so I've decided not to do any more sessions. The positive point is the welcome which is really top notch, the girls at the Lazeo center are adorable.
