The quality of service has declined significantly since the arrival of a certain practitioner, one in particular (Eli**), forgets certain areas even when we return to the person... Refusal to do touch-ups (very few hairs, no interest in paying for an entire area) with each comment an excuse to avoid doing what we came for I don't understand this way of doing things without taking customer comments into account. But what is most exasperating is to cancel an appointment on site under the pretext that you are taking vitamin C tablets, in which case it would be better to notify by telephone to avoid having to travel. I would like to point out to you that we may just be simple chain customers in your eyes and that you are rushing to finish the sessions, with the noise of the machines and the heat it can't be easy, but the least you can do is is that a service adapts to the client and not the other way around, especially given the number of sessions carried out and the amounts spent. Two years ago, I saw in this center a professionalism and a friendliness which was felt even in the monitoring of the sessions, the comments were taken into account and the machines were adapted accordingly. I regret that time. Lazeo d’Asnières never again!!!

Rhino filler. Spent 600€, came back couple of days after telling the doctor I didn’t like it and to put it off. She didn’t want to do that. Now I have to spend 300€ to another doctor to remove it. It would be nice if at least a refund would be provided because spending 600€ for results you didn’t want, it’s not the best. Never again.

I made an appointment on the website. I got two confirmation messages. I came at 7:30 a.m. because it was the only space available before 10 a.m. and finally when I arrived the only person there explained to me that the first appointments on the internet are not valid and you have to call. There is no place on the website or Instagram site that indicates this. And she refused to make my appointment. This is unacceptable, completely unprofessional and disrespectful of other people's time.

Very disappointed, I came for my first laser consultation for a scar. I was made to pay before seeing the doctor, after seeing his secretary. The doctor shows up for 2 seconds to explain to me that his laser machine is not on site and that I have to travel or wait until February. I paid 50 euros for nothing. It's a scam.

Lazeo is amazing! Was a great found in Paris. They use alexandrite laser for hair removal which in my opinion is the best and they have a fair price. Sihem is the best! 🤩🤩🤩

After two years of sessions without exposure to the sun, 4000 euros spent, clear skin and very black hair, everything seemed to meet the ideal conditions, according to the recommendations. However, the result is disastrous, even after benefiting from three additional free sessions. The hairs are certainly finer, but only half of them have disappeared. Additionally, constant staff turnover leads to poor customer support. I was simply told that if I was not satisfied with the result, I would have to pay again. I strongly advise against this center, where customer service is non-existent. They don't seem to mind letting an unsatisfied client leave after almost 20 sessions and so much money spent.

The decor is so beautiful (I even made a LinkedIn post thanks to their beautiful tree 😁) in the waiting room, there is good music, I was offered tea and there were even biscuits 🍪 .
