The staff is very friendly and adapts to your needs and availability. After 7 sessions with them, I only have a few hairs that come back but which are not disturbing and practically not visible. Very good experience at Lazeo Évreux. I have always been well received and the staff is very kind and knows how to put you at ease. In 2023, I had 5 laser hair removal sessions with very good results. I came back for a maintenance session and I am still very satisfied.

Today, I am on my fourth electrolysis session, and I am so happy to have walked through the door of Lazeo. From the start, I have benefited from absolutely perfect personalized support. Congratulations for your professionalism and, above all, for your kindness!

Very disappointed. I was told a different price on the day of my first hair removal (around €250 extra for no reason) from the one that was announced to me during the information appointment. The person I met during this information meeting confirmed to me that this price would still be valid during my first session and that I would have to pay in maximum 2 installments, which suited me perfectly and if that would not have been the case I would have been able to settle on the day of this information meeting. Faced with this sudden change in the situation, I no longer have any confidence and no solution has been offered to me. I don't recommend it at all.

I have been doing laser sessions there for over a year now and I am more than satisfied. It's a fairly substantial budget but there are frequently offers that make everything more affordable and the team is very professional, attentive and gives good advice. I highly recommend!

1st time at the center of Pessac (I usually go to the one in Bordeaux), because they offered electrolysis in addition to laser. Very friendly staff, at reception and also the technician who treated me - you can see that she doesn't do it in a hurry, she is meticulous, patient and asked me questions to improve the treatment that I wasn't even put down at the other center. One of the great strengths of this center lies in its always attentive and caring staff, in particular Nolwenn who in addition to being very professional and giving good advice, is also extremely considerate. The center itself is welcoming and well maintained. As far as I am concerned, hair removal is absolutely painless and very quick. A little premature for the moment (2 sessions) to give an informed opinion on the effectiveness (which I will not fail to do at the end of treatment).

I highly recommend the Laseo center! The lounge is both clean and pleasant, with a modern and welcoming ambiance. The girls are super nice, always smiling, and give good advice. They really take the time to explain the procedures and don't do anything. I opted for laser hair removal and the results are there: my hair gradually disappears and I am really satisfied with the service. I feel confident and I will not hesitate to come back. In the beginning it was quite good(I have started in January) and the specialist was explaining everything but after a few sessions the specialist changed(I already didn't like that much, I was not warned or anything) but she was still quite professional. However the last session was just horrible. The specialist changed again, she didn't even introduce herself... I was doing the epilation and it was super painful, I told about it and she just replied: it is normal, it is the 6th time. But for me it was not normal, I was in too much pain and after she didn't even propose cream. After 10 minutes it was still painful which is not normal. Honestly I wouldn't recommend it as they don't care much about the clients

I am very disappointed with my experience at the Lazeo Perrache hair removal center. After paying more than €1500, I still notice the presence of hair despite having followed all the recommended sessions. During my first consultation, I was assured that 7 to 8 sessions would be enough. However, at the end of my treatment, another person at the center informed me that it took an average of 12 sessions to achieve satisfactory results. If I had been properly informed from the start, I probably would have chosen to treat area by area to better manage financially, as I can no longer afford to continue the sessions. The lack of transparency and communication is truly unfortunate.

Very disappointed. I took a package of several sessions because the center is near my home. Only they have just decided to stop doing laser hair removal so I find myself having to cross the whole city to do my sessions. No apology or explanation...I do not recommend

I go to Lazeo in La Rochelle often, I have had facial treatments (hydrafacial) there and also laser hair removal and I am very happy every time. It's been a year now that I've been doing my laser sessions for the bikini line at Lazeo La Rochelle. The girls know how to put you at ease from the start and they are adorable 🙂 I often had problems with certain appointments and within a few minutes I had one rescheduled 😇 I definitely recommend it!!
