I'm leaving a review after almost 10 laser sessions. 5 stars! Know that above all, the laser works better on dark hair and light skin, if you do not have results it is because the treatment does not suit you simply it is not the responsibility of the center. The center is very good, the specialists are top notch, very kind without judgment, and always flexible on dates and appointments Concerning the pain, the laser can hurt a lot but for the time and money you put into it, it is totally worth it. I don't usually post reviews, but I felt obliged when I saw the last few comments. I was followed for more than 2 years by the Lazeo Lyon Part-Dieu center. I was very young and self-conscious when I started hair removal sessions. I followed the advice given by the beautician I met at my very first appointment: the number of sessions, the spacing between appointments, the maintenance of my laser hair removal. The result is great, and I no longer have my teenage complexes thanks to this center. I no longer do my maintenance sessions in this center (another one closer to my home is open) but I recommend it, like most Lazeos 🙂

A laser center that listens to its customers, I have always been listened to and satisfied during my sessions or complaints. I took two packages for several areas to treat and after a year. I have almost nothing left in these areas. Salima is a very good practitioner who listens and does very meticulous work. Don’t hesitate and go for it, it’s a life-changer to go on vacation without worrying about your body hair.

TO RUN AWAY! During the quote, I wanted to use the sponsorship of a friend in order to have a reduction and they REFUSED it even though my friend had sent me invoices proving that she had done a package of sessions. All this to be able to make more money!! Even better: during one of the sessions a beautician BURNED me, I was in so much pain that I asked to stop the session. They have no details on the area to be treated: I nevertheless paid for a full swimsuit and it was not done correctly!! Finally, I was DECLINED because I was a few minutes late. As I am often on the move, I explained that I could wait and be taken as soon as there were no more customers because I had no availability the following week. It didn't seem like too much to ask knowing that the appointments only last 5-10 minutes. “The nurse” told me that there would be people there until 7 p.m. but, unsurprisingly, after 15 minutes there was no one there and yet I was still not received because she preferred to chat with his colleague and do “administrative tasks”. No professionalism, no consideration, I recommend the Clinique des Champs Elysées where the welcome is much better.
