It’s a very good experience at Lazeo Bordeaux. I was perfectly received by Émilie for laser hair removal. She was meticulous and fast and the laser was perfectly adjusted according to my feelings. Even if it can vary depending on the person, I had nothing left on my legs after 5 sessions (finally free to wear short skirts without thinking about my hair removal!). I recommend this center 🙂

I had the most pleasant experience. I don't speak French but the aesthetician, Leila, was incredibly helpful. She made me feel welcomed and comfortable and tried her best to explain the procedures to me. She was professional throughout the appointment, knowledgable with the treatment and made me feel very assured. I am very thankful for her efforts and will definitely be coming back here for my next appointment!

I passed by the center, out of simple curiosity I decided to go inside and see what it offers, pleasantly surprised by the welcome of the person who installed me in the waiting room and offered me a hot chocolate because I don't drink no coffee. Then she installed me in another room to explain the treatments offered, thank you very much for listening and the time given to a very sunny, smiling, pleasant and attentive person.

A well located place. A welcome and follow-up that is intended to be efficient, precise and professional. The care is varied and evolving (ongoing staff training for certain practices, or travel to Lille to consider for others). The team is pleasant, even very involved. The results undoubtedly depend on the patience and diligence of each person, however they appear reasonably. The premises are well appointed, ventilated (air conditioning) and clean. I recommend. Obviously the staff is very friendly. Exchange is possible. The return of impressions is requested and, at the moment, little seasonal surprises enhance the experience (games, chocolate, promotions, etc.). Moreover, we offer hot drinks and others in the waiting room. So worth a try.

I would give 0 stars if it were possible. After spending almost 5k in this center (the two beauticians I had have left), they send me a promo code, I make an appointment ONLY to use this promo code and I specify it when making an appointment. On the big day I forget to say it again when paying, but I remind her right away at reception and the girl answers me VERY badly, I have never been treated like that, a shame. I am not surprised and I understand better why the two beauticians left Lazeo. To flee.
