You promise 6 to 8 sessions maximum, I have done 13 and I still have hair. I did my private parts I would have liked to have only one practitioner throughout the whole time it's quite unpleasant for modest people in that regard, in total I saw 5. Without adding that some of them do this very quickly by botching the work. The result speaks for itself, very irregular and the hairs are still there.

I recommend this center! I started my sessions eight months ago and I can tell the difference. The staff is warm and welcoming. They’re very attentive in order to get the best possible results.

Null!! False advertising!! No proper follow-up of the sessions, resulting in zero results!! Their method does not work!!! A word of advice, look elsewhere!!

Very nice experience (facial/hydrafacial treatment). It is an effective and very satisfying treatment. All with very pleasant staff. The person who took care of me was really very kind and very educational in explaining the treatment. In short, I loved it. And the result is very convincing. To do again without hesitation!

I chose the permanent hair removal presentation and everything is going very well, I am very satisfied with having chosen Lazeo Saint-Herblain. The premises are clean and pleasant, the team very friendly. Nothing to complain about, for a first experience in an institute.

Update autumn 2024: everything went well for the 4th and 5th appointment. To be continued ———- Poor experience so far with Lazeo…My mistake was signing up for a 9 series combo! 1st appointment, they burned my skin. 2nd and 3rd it was really painful so they told me to go get an anesthetic from my doctor (other places usually provide those) 4th time I try to come but there’s a new rule that prohibits getting épilation if you take medicine with essential oils. So I’m refused to be treated even though I just spent 1 hour at home with the anesthetics. I came back after one year when I stopped my medication and after applying another anesthetic for 1 hour at home. They refuse me again! Because there’s another new rule that says you can’t get épilation if you apply anesthetics that they themselves (!) recommended me. I was like guys you already burned me, I don’t care by now, just f**ing let me get the épilation I already paid for. But no. Refused again! Hopefully next time it will get better and I’ll be able to finally get the treatment if they don’t change the rules one more time all of a sudden. I’ll update this comment because I have 6 more paid appointments with them 😅 To be continued…

Very disappointed with my visit today. When making an appointment for treatment of dark circles, I specified that I wanted to have the treatment done on the same day, to which I was told that it was possible and that I would pass it on to the doctor. When I got there, the doctor made me understand that he did not want to do it to me today that I would have to come back another time or in 3 hours because he had another appointment planned. I believe that when we offer services with a quote of 500 euros we should not work in a tight flow. I didn't really appreciate the fact that he found excuses not to treat me (for example, he told me it had to be done in the morning but he suggested I come back at 5:30 p.m.). I am also disappointed with the welcome with the payment of €50 for a "consultation" upon entering the center. The doctor explains to me that he is doing a "study", allow me but when you go to the doctor he does not make you come back to have your treatment another time... Being certain to have my treatment done on the same day that does not didn't give me a problem. The doctor offered me reimbursement of the costs but 1 hour later, the receptionist told me by telephone that this was not possible. Once again no words, I think they could have at least offered me a commercial gesture, knowing that the doctor offered to reimburse me. I would like to point out that I have already been a client with my partner last year, we have already paid 1850 euros for treatments and there was no gesture for a client who wanted to repeat treatments but therefore no desire to come back and do them at your place.

I didn't have a good experience at all. I went for the shoulders and back knowing that I had around twenty hairs scattered over all these areas combined, so very little hair... The main problem being that on such a large area where there is very little hair if we shave it before the session we no longer see it... So we don't flash it either... This was the case at the first session or suddenly I found that most of my hair grew back and I had to wait for the second session which like the first would not have been effective... If I had unlimited session this would not I wouldn't mind taking the time, but that's not the case with 8 sessions, half of which are effective, that doesn't suit me... Impossible to make myself understood by the staff who tell me they don't want to/can cut the hair at the time of the session because they do not have the right "it's not in their protocol" ... For around twenty hairs ... Be careful hairdresser of the risks you take when cutting hair! ... I find that there is a big lack of good will... I requested a refund today... It's not serious or at least it works for areas entirely covered with hair but in my case I am not at all satisfied.

Lazéo is a CATASTROPHE! After 7 sessions carried out in this center, I not only have no results on all the treated areas (Jersey, armpits, SIF) but on top of that I find myself with an enlargement of overflowing hairs in a VERY COMPLEXING area. No understanding on their part, nor any follow-up apart from wanting to offer me sessions, which is completely SHAMEFUL given my experience. Months, and months without news of my refund request, to this day still waiting for a solution but NO news. I am left with even more hairs than before, without a solution and with a good amount left in this center! FLEE the Lazéo centers which are only money pumps

Big problem with employee turnover at Lazeo Biarritz! In 1 year, 3 different employees, all very friendly. Since June, no one for the electro!!! And no one warns you! Very disappointed by the management of the staff, I went to a real beautician and I am delighted.
