Laser hair removal is a semi-permanent hair removal method that uses a laser beam to destroy the hair follicle.

Before each session, you will need to shave the area(s) to be treated 24 to 48 hours before the session.

After asking the manager for a touch-up session, she refused, claiming that the hair would fall out naturally within a few weeks or even a few months. The art of finishing your work poorly. During the quote, I wanted to use the sponsorship of a friend in order to have a reduction and they REFUSED it even though my friend had sent me invoices proving that she had done a package of sessions. All this to be able to make more money!! Even better: during one of the sessions a beautician BURNED me, I was in so much pain that I asked to stop the session. They have no details on the area to be treated: I nevertheless paid for a full swimsuit and it was not done correctly!! Finally, I was DECLINED because I was a few minutes late. As I am often on the move, I explained that I could wait and be taken as soon as there were no more customers because I had no availability the following week. It didn't seem like too much to ask knowing that the appointments only last 5-10 minutes. “The nurse” told me that there would be people there until 7 p.m. but, unsurprisingly, after 15 minutes there was no one there and yet I was still not received because she preferred to chat with his colleague and do “administrative tasks”. No professionalism, no consideration, I recommend the Clinique des Champs Elysées where the welcome is much better.
