Marine LEBRUN18/11/2024Top- manon durand07/01/2025The 5 electrolysis sessions with Maud went very well. Unfortunately, just 1 session with another practitioner was enough to leave me with scars. After the session, many scars appeared, as the days passed, they became more visible. During my discussions with Lazeo, I was assured that these were “small scabs”, but these marks are still present, even two months later. Is this a machine adjustment problem? A lack of experience? I don't know, Lazeo never responded when I expressed my wish to stop the treatment. Furthermore, I was not adequately supported throughout this process, and no commercial gesture was offered to me. Given the cost of the sessions, I preferred to forgo the treatment to preserve my skin. This review is not intended to discredit, but to inform future customers of the potential risks of electrolysis at Lazeo.
