- Sandy Bouvet13/12/2024After two years of sessions without exposure to the sun, 4000 euros spent, clear skin and very black hair, everything seemed to meet the ideal conditions, according to the recommendations. However, the result is disastrous, even after benefiting from three additional free sessions. The hairs are certainly finer, but only half of them have disappeared. Additionally, constant staff turnover leads to poor customer support. I was simply told that if I was not satisfied with the result, I would have to pay again. I strongly advise against this center, where customer service is non-existent. They don't seem to mind letting an unsatisfied client leave after almost 20 sessions and so much money spent.
