Refusal to do touch-ups (very few hairs, no interest in paying for an entire area) with each comment an excuse to avoid doing what we came for I don't understand this way of doing things without taking customer comments into account. But what is most exasperating is to cancel an appointment on site under the pretext that you are taking vitamin C tablets, in which case it would be better to notify by telephone to avoid having to travel. I would like to point out to you that we may just be simple chain customers in your eyes and that you are rushing to finish the sessions, with the noise of the machines and the heat it can't be easy, but the least you can do is is that a service adapts to the client and not the other way around, especially given the number of sessions carried out and the amounts spent. Two years ago, I saw in this center a professionalism and a friendliness which was felt even in the monitoring of the sessions, the comments were taken into account and the machines were adapted accordingly. I regret that time. Lazeo d’Asnières never again!!!
