Laura M14/12/2024I've been to this clinic 3 times over the past 10 months for Botox. Each time I had a different Dr. The first 2 times the Drs were excellent. The last time something changed however. The Dr is not there as often so appointments are very restricted. In addition the Dr was 45+mins late for my last appmt (she wasn't even at the practice) and she didn't wear a Drs coat. She did not perform a comprehensive consultation with me. He was not polite, did not explain as she was working like the other Drs did. The result was OK, but not as good as the other times. For the price I do not feel confident or considered under her care. I will not come back here as I do not appreciate this inconsistency with such a delicate procedure. - Moh Med07/09/2024I'll tell you, I went to a Lazeo Paris 16th, I paid a lot of money for the face at €165, I had to go for a whole year, I had no results, plus every time I went on my appointments I never had the same person because the girls disappear, the welcome is mediocre no welcome it's cold and not warm, it's quick and go away, plus and that was the cherry on the cake, I come back to another one of my appointments and another lady that I didn't know comes to see me and says no no I can't do it for you because you are tanned, and I swear to God I wasn't tanned at all and as I told her it must be while walking but I have never tanned or applied foundation, in short she refused to do it to me even though I came from the Val de Marne 2 hours by car and as with the heat or THE cold, I decided not to go there anymore, and I went to Lazeo St Larazare station, I swear it's day and night, the magnificent welcome, understanding, explains everything to you, they put you at ease there has good positive energy, it's very clean and it smells very good, we are offered a coffee, and we sympathize and we happen to chat, really it's worth the detour plus you can pay in several installments with the account Alma so you have the results from the first day, I strongly and sincerely recommend it to you, and I say to all the Lazeo gare St Lazare team you are at the top, don't change anything, everyone is there, thank you🙏🫶.
